- Students took a quiz cover WWII to The Origins of the Cold War.
- Students began learning about The Cuban Revolution. [see below]
- Students read the second part of Chapter 8 from Born in Blood and Fire, answering questions.
- I began discussing Che Guevara, focusing on his image versus his life. Students listened to a song, read several differing accounts of Che, and watched several scenes from the 2008 movie Che. Students will complete a create interpretation of Che based on who they understand him to be.
