Agenda 5/5:

1. Students turned in BBF Chapter 8 Part II.
2. Students read an article about the Bay of Pigs Invasion. They took notes on who, what, when, where, why, how.
3. I showed students a series a declassified CIA documents dealing with attempts to bring down Fidel Castro and his government in Cuba.
4. Students then learned about the Cuban Missile Crisis, watching an interactive presentation and discussing the options John F. Kennedy had for dealing with the situation as it escalated. 
5. Finally, students watched a clip from the documentary The Fog of War about about the Cuban Missile Crisis [below].
