Vietnam

Yesterday students finished the film The Judge and the General, and an assignment for a mock indictment of crimes committed by the regime of Augusto Pinochet.

Today, students preview a series of photographs dealing with the Vietnam War. We discussed the photos and the basic background to US involvement in the country. I also showed students some pictures from my trip to Vietnam in 2008.
