Seneca Falls

Agenda 2/24-26:

1. Students participated in a simulation of the 1848 Seneca Falls Convention. They took on one of these roles and argue for the causes important to their perspective: Women in New Mexico, African American Women, Cherokee Women, Middle and Upper Class White Reformers, and Mill Workers.
2. After they watched a short clip about the Convention.
3. Students read the Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions that came out of the meeting and made a small poster depicting one of the sentiments or resolutions.
