Students watched a clip from a film about the Panama Canal. Students focused on the means by which it was built. They used the graphic organizer attached to these documents to take notes. Students will discuss whether or not the ends justified the means in the case of the Panama Canal. The film can be watched below. Students watched the first 15 minutes.
