Free Speech During War

  1. Students turned in homework - WWI documents.
  2. Students read their testimonies about the reasons for the US entering WWI.
  3. Students discussed whether the government should be able to limit civil liberties in times of war.
  4. Students split into groups and prepared for a mock Supreme court hearing on the case of Schenck v. US.
