I assigned two readings for a Socratic Seminar on Tuesday - the introduction to The Patriot's History of the United States and an article by Howard Zinn called, Unsung Heroes. Students should read each article, highlighting passages they think are interesting and want to discuss. The should also prepare two, open-ended discussion questions for the Socratic seminar on Tuesday.
