- Students listened to several songs [below] and read excerpts from the novel The Grapes of Wrath. They borrowed words and phrases from these sources to make a creative interpretation about aspects of the Great Depression and New Deal.
- Students learned about the New Deal and "Alphabet Soup " programs.
- Students viewed a slideshow of paintings created through the PWAP New Deal Program.
- Students will make a mural panel depicting one or more of the New Deal Programs they learned about.
