Seneca Falls and Beyond

Agenda 2/2-3:

  1. Students work on mini collages and drawings, illustrating one section of The Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions.
  2. Students watched a clip from about the movie Frozen and its effects on young male viewers.
  3. Students read and commented on Sojourner Truth's speech, Ain't I a Woman
  4. Students listened to a radio broadcasts about The Seneca Falls convention and racism within the women's rights movement. They took notes using this piece of paper.
  5. Students discussed the legalization of prostitution. After the began reading and marking on a series of documents emphasizing the role of prostitutes in the West, for the women's rights movement.
