Progress in Latin America

Today students I introduced students to Chapter 5 in Born in Blood and Fire, Progress. I began by explaining the shifts in political power and influence through time. Illustrating how power had shifted back and fourth between liberalism and conservatism.

Students then were assigned on section from Chapter 5. They took notes using this worksheet. Students then shared out and we discussed all the questions as a group.
