Agenda:

1. Discussed and collected American Pageant homework. Key Terms - Hoovervilles, New Deal, Alphabet Soup: WPA, CCC, FDIC, NRA, AAA, TVA; Dust Bowl, Court Packing Scandal.
2. Students listened the The Ghost of Tom Joad, performed by Rage Against the Machine.
   
3. Discussed "pork" spending and Obama's Stimulus bill. Should art be part of the government stimulus package?
4. Listened to NPR story about art funding during the New Deal.
5. Students read info sheets about the New Deal and Depression in Oregon and completed a graphic organizer.
