Critics of the New Deal

Agenda:
  1. Students read documents representing differing perspectives on the New Deal.
  2. Students placed the documents on a spectrum with the ends labeled, "The New Deal Improved Life" and, "The New Deal Failed to Improved Life".
  3. Students shared their evaluations and interpretations.
HOMEWORK:
New Deal or Raw Deal Essay. DUE Fri 3/20. The essay will be a formal assignment for the history journal project.
